What is a lucid dream?
Do you know anything about dream production? Many people would say that dreams are mainly caused by our stress. But that's only part of the story. However, a foreign psychologist recently said that lucid dreaming is related to negative emotions such as worries in our reality.
The formation of lucid dreams is the same as the general dream, when we are stimulated by the external environment, because it is impossible to convert this stimulus into energy and release it at once, so under the influence of subjective consciousness, we will store this stimulus in the mind. When we rest at night, because of the relaxation of the nervous system, this stimulus secretly runs out of the mind, and the brain's fictional ability is used to rehearse this stimulus with the formation of dreams. When we are in a lucid dream, we control the sequence and outcome of events in our dreams according to our subjective consciousness. The things or things in the dream all according to their own imagination to happen. We will treat lucid dreams as real life, and we will use the virtual nature of dreams to construct things and abilities that we cannot accomplish in real life to achieve self-satisfaction. This scene is like watching a science fiction movie without a beginning but with an end, mysterious, magical and wonderful. Lucid dreaming is a kind of dream, but not all people have the ability to do lucid dreaming. But it's not impossible to dream lucid dreams. Before we are ready to go to sleep, we can keep saying a phrase in the mind, 'I am dreaming now' for so long that over time, it will form a mental indication that whether you are awake or in the dream, your subconscious will ascribe what is happening now to the dream. However, this kind of suggestibility is not suitable for people with poor spirits, because they are easy to confuse reality with dreams, and may cause incalculable consequences.
