Deep in the mind and subconscious of dreams

The deep psychological and subconscious reflection of dreams

Dreams, the reason why can reveal the future, perhaps because it is a reflection of the subconscious.

The subconscious mind, also known as the unconscious, refers to those things that can't become conscious at all under normal circumstances, such as repressed desires deep inside the heart that are not aware of. The subconscious mind can be likened to the 'iceberg theory' : the composition of human consciousness is like an iceberg, only a small part of the surface of the water (consciousness), but the vast majority of the hidden underwater (called subconscious) has an impact on the rest. Freud believed that the subconscious mind has a dynamic role, which actively exerts pressure and influence on people's character and behavior. Freud used the principle of determinism when exploring the spiritual field of human beings, and believed that everything must have a cause. Seemingly trivial things, such as dreams, slips of the tongue and slips of the pen, are determined subconsciously in the brain, but in a disguised form.

Subconscious is a mysterious force hidden under the general consciousness, is a thought relative to 'consciousness', also known as 'right brain consciousness', 'universal consciousness'. The author of the brain revolution, Shigeo Haruyama, calls it the 'ancestor brain.' The subconscious mind, that is, the ability that humans originally had but forgot to use, this ability is called 'potential', that is, the ability that exists but is not exploited and utilized. The power of potential lies deep within our consciousness, our subconscious mind. The subconscious has gathered millions of years of human genetic level information, it includes the most important instinct of human survival and the function of the autonomic nervous system and the universal law, that is, all the best survival information that human beings have got in the past, are hidden in the subconscious, so as long as we know how to develop this innate ability, there is almost no wish that cannot be achieved. The subconscious mind has accumulated millions of years of human knowledge, when fully exploited will produce inestimable effects. What human beings need to do now is to correctly understand and stimulate the subconscious mind.

According to Dr. Konstantin of the University of Vienna, the number of human brain nerve cells is about 150 billion, the brain nerve cells are stimulated by the outside, grow buds, and then grow into branches (neurons), combined with other brain cells and contact each other, and promote the development of the network, so open the information circuit. However, more than 95% of human neurons are unused, and if these sleeping neurons can be awakened, almost everyone can become 'Superman'.

Even geniuses such as Einstein and Edison used less than 2% of their subconscious power during their lifetime. Therefore, anyone, regardless of their intelligence, their background, or how unattainable their desires may be, as long as they know how to use this latent power, it will certainly be able to make your desires concrete in your life. The subconscious mind is like a universal machine, any wish can be done, but someone needs to control it, and that person is you. As long as you have the heart to control, through the dream, you can show the power of the subconscious. Dr. Murphy, the master of the subconscious, said: 'We have to constantly talk to the subconscious with words full of hope and expectation, so that the subconscious will appear in the dream, through the interpretation of the dream, make your life situation more clear, so that your hopes and expectations can be realized, you can control your own fate.'

The earliest written records of man speak of the knowledge of subconscious dreams. To this day, the interpretation of the subconscious dream is still an interesting, worthy of in-depth study, but it is deeply troubled by its mystery. The understanding and interpretation of subconscious dreams in the past involve a lot of information about the historical mainstream culture and typical figures.

The earliest writing, Sumerian cuneiform, records the first dreams left to us by the ancients. King Gilgamesh had a nightmare. Why is he having nightmares? Gilgamesh, king of Uruk, was 1/3 man and 2/3 God. He is arrogant, with power in his hands, living in luxury, and driving his people to do heavy work day and night. Young and strong people work during the day, and at night the king deprives his wife, and the husband and wife cannot be reunited. So the women went to Istar and complained. Istar is the goddess of love and the city god of Uruk. Istar and the other gods were angry with Gilgamesh because he had shown no respect for the gods. The gods asked Aruru, the god of courage, to create a life that would stop Gilgamesh's evil deeds. Aruru created Enqidu, who was raised by the beasts of the prairie and became as strong and courageous as Gilgamesh. Under the arrangement of the gods, Gilgamesh learned of this in a dream. Gilgamesh recounted the dream to his mother, Nisuna, the bison god, who explained the meaning of the dream to her son. The epic poem Gilgamesh describes it this way:

Oh, Mother, I dreamed all last night:

The stars in the sky are shining towards me,

They fall on me like bits of Anu,

I tried to pick up a piece of gravel, but it was heavier than me.

I shook it so hard that I didn't even push it.

I love him like I love my wife,

I lifted it up and threw it at your feet,

And you threw it at me as my equal.

Nisuna, the mother of the bison god, then explained to her son that he would receive a strong companion, as strong as the body of Anu. Gilgamesh must love this companion as himself, and this friend will help him out of many difficulties, and even his mother will treat him like a son. According to the dream, Gilgamesh not only must not oppose the man, but he must love him as a companion, even his mother will accept him, and the suffering Uruk will be saved by Enqidu. The dream's instructions to Gilgamesh were that if he opposed Enchitou, he could only fail. So Gilgamesh stopped fighting, accepted Enchitou as his companion, and went straight. Since then there has been no war in Uruk, only peace and brotherly love.

In Gilgamesh's subconscious mind, he must have realized that a fight with Enchitou would only harm his country, and that the only way to win would be if the two were friends, but his pride made him unable to accept it. At this time, the subconscious mind will be expressed in the dream, so that he will realize that he should make friends with Enqidu.

Epics record dreams as meaningful experiences, and also show that dreams contain a certain meaning, that is, dreams indicate the way of life, and people change their direction because of dreams.

So how does the subconscious act in dreams?

During the day, people's conscious consciousness (experiential consciousness) directs people to respond to external information. The whole process goes like this: Physical consciousness -- hearing, vision, smell, taste, touch, etc., collects external information and transmits it to the subconscious mind, which processes, stores and classifies it, and then transmits it to the corresponding point of the conscious mind, from which the conscious mind issues the corresponding instructions, and then transmits it to the physical consciousness through the subconscious mind, and the physical consciousness directs the physical body to react and act. During this period, the subconscious mind is in a semi-dormant state and does not actively participate in the judgment response to information, but sometimes exceptions are made. It's what we call a meditative state, where we purposefully pressure the brain to send out a biological current to force the subconscious mind to work.

At night, the self-examination system in the human body consciousness begins to work, and the conscious consciousness and subconscious mind basically withdraw from the working state. At this time, people mainly repair the damage suffered by the body during daytime exercise. And check to see if your organs are functioning properly. If something abnormal happens, the body consciousness takes care of itself. When the physical consciousness can't handle it, it sends a strong biological current to the subconscious mind, requiring it to participate in the work.

From the above statement, we can conclude that dreams are the result of physical or psychological pressure forcing open the subconscious mind.

During the day, some information is received by the subconscious mind, queried the repository, analyzed and processed, reached a conclusion, and then transmitted to the conscious mind related to the link point. But the conscious mind only makes instructions for immediate external information, so the conscious mind considers this to be untrue, does not issue instructions, and only remembers these conclusions at relevant points. When the subconscious mind does not get the response of the conscious mind, under the action of pressure, it has to open the hallucination area, so that all the conclusions are shown in the form of images, and images similar to the real environment can reduce the damage to the brain caused by pressure, which is the dream. (Therefore, when practicing Qigong, if you force open the illusion area and do not know how to control it, you will become enchanted, and you will not be able to pull out in the illusion and become crazy.)

Because the subconscious mind analyzes all the data related to the information, and opens and displays it one by one, the dream is intermittent. Because the subconscious mind opens data randomly, in a random order, dreams cannot be completely replicated.

The clarity of the dream depends on how much stress reinforces the information. The more unified the information, the higher the authenticity and incidence of dreams.

For example, when we sleep at night, the self-examination system of body consciousness finds that there is an abnormality in the kidney, but the body consciousness can not be repaired, it sends a strong biological current to wake up the subconscious to participate in the work. Because we have never seen our own kidneys, we cannot show the image of the kidney, so the subconscious can only find the common thing most closely related to the kidney - water. Kidney abnormalities are dangerous, so what kind of water is dangerous, the subconscious mind finds out - flash floods, rough seas, bottomless deep pools and so on. Then the subconscious mind based on the usual experience to find the most dangerous, the most representative things to draw on, such as floods (everyone is different, it may be a deep pool, it may be the sea). Why do we think it's dangerous? The subconscious finds out the data - we may fall into a flood. What do we do now? The subconscious finds out the data - we have to struggle in the water. So what's the result? The subconscious comes to the conclusion that we might drown or swim ashore. And then the subconscious comes to two conclusions based on what's going on in the kidneys. First, the kidney condition is not good, can not be repaired temporarily, there is a certain danger, then we are drowned in the dream. The second is that the kidney problem is not serious, it can be repaired, or it can be left alone, then we are out of trouble in the dream. If the subconscious mind allows us to die or escape in the dream, the subconscious mind will continue to link until it is interrupted by a change in the outside world or pressure, and the dream is over. If we search the dream immediately after waking up, the dream will be clear.

Because women are sensitive to touch (touch represents spatial awareness), hearing (hearing represents the imagination of things), smell (smell represents the sense of things and self-protection), in general, the hallucination area of women's subconscious (imagination of things) is stronger than that of men, so women have a high probability of prophetic dreams. Young people have a higher chance of dreaming than the elderly, because when people get old, they rely more on the conscious consciousness (experience consciousness) to analyze and judge things, and rarely use the subconscious mind to think, so the elderly rarely dream. If an elderly person dreams frequently, there may be something wrong with his body.
