Dream signs of physical illness
One woman felt extremely tired, but still struggled to continue working. One night, she dreamed that she was holding on to the window frame desperately to prevent herself from falling downstairs, but she eventually fell due to exhaustion. Two days later, she fainted at work. The doctor diagnosed her with a urinary tract infection due to standing for too long.
An 81-year-old woman had such a dream three days before her death: She dreamed that all the diseases in her body were gathered together. When she looked closely, she found that these diseases had turned into roses. She knew that someone would come and plant these flowers, and she also knew that the flowers would bloom again next year. Famous Western dream interpreters believe that there will be an 'omen dream' before the appearance of physical diseases because in the dream, all subtle feelings of the body are amplified. For the woman in the above example, her dream reminds her not to push herself too hard, but also expresses a subconscious desire to stop and stop doing it. It seems inappropriate to interpret her dream as 'you are sick', because there is really nothing in the dream that can be associated with diseases such as 'urinary tract and infection.' For example, people with bladder inflammation dream of spring water; people with lung disease dream of suffocation, and so on. This view has continued from ancient times to the emergence of scientific medical treatment. Even today, sleep analysis experts have not raised objections.
